stacey r sharp 

 

stacey is an artist living in vancouver, british columbia.   she lives near the beach at english bay, and has always loved the ocean and mountains.  this is reflected in many of her paintings. 

stacey started drawing and painting in her teens.  after high school, stacey began her accounting career.  in 1991, stacey earned the certified general accountant designation.  she started her own practice, sharp & co. cga, in april of 2000. 

stacey has always enjoyed art, and the way it allows her to dream and relax.   the piece entitled "palm sunday" was started at 1am on april 15th , tax season of 1994.  stacey was working 15 hours a day, sometimes until midnight.  painting would allow stacey  to relax and refresh. 

until just recently, only friends and family have viewed stacey's work.  in august of 2007 this website was created, resulting in the first virtual public viewing of certain of her pieces.  stacey hopes to have an art exhibit some time soon.  if you would like to attend, you are welcome to leave your contact information for an invitation.
